Microsoft has just pushed September Patch Tuesday updates for different versions of Windows 10. Among all other updates, KB4515384 specifically addresses Windows Search issues in May 2019 Update. This release increased the current version of the OS to Build 18362.356.

What’s New In Windows 10 Update KB4515384?
KB4515384 addresses Microarchitectural Data Sampling, which is a new type of speculative execution side-channel vulnerabilities in 32-bit versions of Windows. The list of vulnerabilities includes CVE-2018-12126, CVE-2019-11091, CVE-2018-12127 and CVE-2018-12130.
High CPU Usage Bug
There were thousands of reports regarding the high CPU usage bug that affected systems running Windows 10 version 1903. According to Microsoft, this issue affected all those systems where web search was disabled from the Windows Desktop Search. Microsoft has finally addressed this issue in September Patch Tuesday Updates. You can now install KB4515384 on your systems to fix this issue.
