Google Maps Gets A Floating Scrolling Bar Of Search Categories, Reply To Reviews Feature

Google Maps today, is one of the most used services around the world. Its popularity forced the search giant to introduce a user-friendly interface. A recent change brings a scrolling floating bar showing search categories directly on your screen.

It is not something that came as a surprise because Google has already tested the functionality around one year ago. The company is now reintroducing the search filter. The latest Google Maps app now features a modern design. You will find greyscale icons, an easy to read font and fine lines. You can choose between different categories such as cafes, pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, gas stations, and supermarkets.
