The new cooler comes with 3 fans, but not only that, you get a power supply heatsink and 5 copper heat pipes which are 8mm each. All that should be more than enough to keep the GPU cool under load. The RTX 2080 comes with 2944 Cuda Cores and a total of 8GB GDDR6 VRAM. You need 6+8 pin connectors in order to power the card. The simple advanced version offers a Boost at 1710 MHz, the Oc version has a Boost at 1800 MHz.
The RTX 2080 Ti offers 4352 Cuda Cores and 11 GB GDDR6 VRAM. You need two 8 pin connectors in order to power the graphics card. The simple advanced version offers a Boost of 1545 MHz, the Oc version has a Boost of 1635 MHz.
All RTX iGames have the same design with three-fan cooling, with the central unit featuring RGB LEDs, five 8mm heat pipes, and a backplate. iGame is like the Lamborgini of graphics cards and you can see why from the images that have been included, the style of the GPUs is very different and so is the style of marketing.
It will be interesting to see what kind of boost in performance the iGame GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Advanced OC will have to offer as compared to the reference design. The additional fan, the beefy cooler custom design should have some kind of impact on performance.
