The Windows 10 Start Menu has been and continues to be one of the most problematic parts of the entire Operating System ever since Windows 10 first came out. Seeing as though some of the most common and troublesome Windows 10 issues are related to the Windows 10 Start Menu, Microsoft decided to create an entire Troubleshooter – known as the Start Menu Troubleshooter – designed to be capable of detecting and fixing all known Windows 10 issues pertaining to the Start Menu. The Start Menu Troubleshooter is an extremely compact and portable tool that is capable of dealing with some of the peskiest Windows 10 Start Menu problems out there, and there is absolutely no reason why you should use the Start Menu Troubleshooter to try and solve this problem.
Here’s how you can use the Start Menu Troubleshooter to solve this problem:
Click here to download the Start Menu Troubleshooter.
Once the Start Menu Troubleshooter has been downloaded successfully, navigate to where it is saved and launch it.
If you simply want the Start Menu Troubleshooter to diagnose the issue and automatically apply the required fixes, click on Next. However, if you want to see and approve the fixes before the Start Menu Troubleshooter applies them, click on Advanced, uncheck Apply repairs automatically and then click on Next.
The Start Menu Troubleshooter will begin testing your Start Menu to see whether or not it is affected by any issues that the Troubleshooter is capable of fixing. Allow the Troubleshooter to do so.
The Start Menu Troubleshooter will now display any and all diagnosed problems with your Start Menu, and you can opt to have them fixed. However, if the Troubleshooter does not find any problems that it is programmed to detect, it will inform you that Troubleshooting couldn’t identify the problem.
Once everything’s done, you can either close the Start Menu Troubleshooter or click on View detailed information to see the kind of problems the Troubleshooter searched for and the issues that it fixed (if any).
