Fix: Error 0xc0070643 and 0xC007001c

You may receive error 0xC0070643 and 0xC007001C stating that the Driver Update has failed and as a result the AVG Product Installation fails. Similar errors; 0xc007001c or the 0xc0070643 are also seen on Norton products and the reason behind both is same.  I recently encountered this error while trying to fix Norton; thinking it may be a problem with Norton, i uninstalled Norton and installed AVG only to find out that same error pops up again.

In attempts to fix this; i found a tool created by AVG which fixes this issue in both the programs.
