FIFA 20 Will Feature a FIFA Street Mode Called Volta Football

This week’s teaser for FIFA 20 got fans excited at the possibility of a FIFA Street game mode in the upcoming title. FIFA Street is EA’s take on street football, and the latest installment in the franchise launched all the way back in 2012. Now, it seems that FIFA 20 is bringing FIFA Street’s exciting and hectic game modes back as part of the new Volta Football.

Volta Football

Volta Football in FIFA 20 is exactly what eager FIFA Street fans have been asking for. Multiple game modes such as 3v3 Rush without goalkeepers, 4v4 and its Rush variant, 5v5, and Professional Futsal are part of Volta.

Players can experience street football in loads of different environments both with and without walls. Matches will be played in a variety of new and unique arenas. Volta Football will feature football playgrounds from across world, including an underpass in Amsterdam, a neighborhood cage in London, and even a rooftop in Tokyo.

In addition, players have ability to freely customize their in-game avatar’s clothing, hairstyles, tattoos, and celebratory emotes. These items are unlocked as you progress through the game and complete in-game challenges.

Volta Football in FIFA 20 also features Votla World, where players can build up their squad in the story mode, or go online and play through Promotion and Relegation. Alternatively, players can take to the streets with their favorite professional team in Volta Kick-Off.

Pre-orders for FIFA 20 are now live and there a bunch of exclusive rewards for pre-ordering before August 5th. In addition to three-day early access to Volta, pre-ordering will net you the following:
