As far as system requirements go, Doom Eternal isn’t as demanding as many of today’s titles. The recommended CPU requirement is much higher than its predecessor, but it will likely run just as well on weaker hardware. Just recently, it was announced that the game has an uncapped framerate and can strike the 1000 fps mark. 2016’s Doom is known for its optimization, and it seems that the new id Tech 7 will only improve that.

Doom Eternal launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, and PC via Steam on March 20th 2020.
