The CE-32937-4 error comes on a PS4 console when you are failing to download gaming content. This can occur either mainly because of network issues or sometimes, because of problems with your PSN licensing. In this article, we present some methods to diagnose and possibly fix the error. Read on.
Method 1: Delete the Download In Question
The problem can arise because of a faulty or incomplete downloads. Follow these steps:
Go to Notifications
Then move over to the Downloads
Now press the options button from the controller with the message being highlighted and select Delete from the list. The download will now be cancelled.
Try downloading again.

Method 2: Restore Licenses
As a second method, we will be showing you how you can restore your licenses to fix the problem.
Go to the Settings
Select PlayStation™Network/Account Management / PSN
Now click on “Restore licenses”
Click the Restore option to confirm the Restore. Then, Proceed to the content that you want to download and try downloading again.
Once this is done, reboot your router and then re-do the Download. The downloading should now be taking place without you getting the grotesque CE-32937-4 error. If the issue is still persistent, then this could be because of the network connection simply being unavailable or unstable. In such a case, you can wait and try later or call your network provider and ensure that the ports aren’t blocked.
