Callisto Protocol Partnering Exclusively with AMD to Introduce FSR 2.0 and Much More

Striking Distance, the company behind the Callisto Protocol, and AMD made an official collaboration. The Callisto Protocol’s development will be fueled by AMD, according to their release, and we already know that the game will support cutting-edge features like FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0. (FSR 2.0). The Callisto Protocol won’t likely support NVIDIA technologies like DLSS and DLAA at launch as a result of this.

The partnership with AMD doesn’t mean that NVIDIA features such as DLSS will not be included. For instance, DLSS was included in Horizon Zero Dawn, another AMD-sponsored game, in a patch about 4 months after the game’s initial release. It was introduced even more quickly by Deathloop. Therefore, owners of NVIDIA probably just need to wait.
On December 2, The Callisto Protocol becomes available for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5.
