Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is finally here with a Battle Royale Mode

A Multiplayer mode, 3 new zombie modes, and a Battle Royale mode- This is what Block Ops 4 is all about

Yes, you read the title right! Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is here with the battle Royale Mode! We simply can’t contain ourselves and are overwhelmed by the idea of it. The Call of Duty Franchise has finally announced that the new game will be featuring a battle royale mode called “Blackout” and we are sure that it will give Fortnite and PUBG a tough competition. Here is the link to the official trailer of Blackout:

The FPS gamers who were used to the COD style shooters are now in a luck as they will be able to put their experience in a battle royale mode finally. I, myself found it difficult to adjust to the ‘building your own cover’ tactic of Fortnite in the beginning because of being habitual to COD style shooting. We have high hopes and expectations for the upcoming title as the developers too themselves have stated that new title features the most ambitious combat up till yet.

This part will focus on the multiplayer instead of our old style single player campaign. Although, the single-player campaign mode will resume from the future titles as it existed before. To make it up for the absence of single-player mode, Block Ops 4 features 3 new “zombie modes” with different stories and backgrounds. One of them is named Blood the Dead, while the other two are ‘Voyage of Despair’, which takes place on Titanic, and ‘IX’, which goes back to the gladiator days in Rome.

Here are the links to the teaser of the Blood of the Dead and the trailers of the rest two:

Coming back to the battle royale mode, it will include land, air and sea vehicles too and a huge map. The new map will be 1,500 times bigger than Nuketown, that sure is a big-ass map. Let’s wait and watch what Activision and Treyarch come up with.

About the Nintendo Switch version, no official announcement has been made despite of the hype of it. So, we can’t really give any opinion of whether it will be released for Nintendo or not.

The game will be released worldwide on October 12, 2018. Here is the official reveal trailer for the multiplayer of Black Ops 4:
