Xbox Game Pass is Microsoft’s subscription-based service which grants Xbox One players access to a variety of games. To keep the content fresh, the catalog of the Xbox Game Pass is regularly swapped out for new titles. In the upcoming weeks, six Xbox One titles and one Xbox 360 title will be removed from the Xbox Game Pass list of available games.
In two weeks time, Game Pass subscribers will lose access to the following Xbox One titles:
- Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
- Resident Evil 0
- Casey Powell Lacrosse 16
- Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter
- This War of Mine: The Little Ones
- The Technomancer
Additionally, Mega Man 10 for the Xbox 360 will be also be removed from Xbox Game Pass. Microsoft has begun expanding the library of available games, and the above mentioned games will be removed at the end of this month.
A wave of new titles such as Thief of Thieves and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds have already been added, with many more due in December. The ability to pre-load Xbox Game Pass titles has also been implemented, and can be utilized for the upcoming releases. According to Microsoft Gaming VP Phil Spencer, Xbox Game Pass is doing very well, as the service has “millions of subscribers”.
