BioShock Creator Announces a New Game at The Game Awards, Titled “Judas”

Judas, a new game from the creators of Bioshock announced at The Game Awards 2022. It will be released for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Judas, a brand-new single-player, narrative first-person shooter, is currently in development at Ghost Story Games, which is headed by game creator Ken Levine, creator of BioShock. In a world premiere at The Game Awards 2022, Geoff Keighley unveiled the brand-new project.
The project has been kept secret for a long time because of rumors that it is similar to Ken’s previous titles (specifically, BioShock). Apparently, he spent a lot of time on it, and it shows; there are a lot of parallels to the creator’s other games, much like in Kojima’s Death Stranding.
Judas is now available to add to your wishlist on PlayStation 5, Xbox One Series X/S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Uncertain release date aside, if you enjoyed BioShock, you may want to put this on your list of must-haves immediately.

After the reveal, TGA host. Geoff Keighley confirmed what had been rumored for many years now, that developer Ghost Story Games is tinkering with narrative techniques in the game.
We founded Ghost Story Games to build upon the legacy of System Shock 2, BioShock, and BioShock Infinite. With Judas, we’ve created an entirely new world and set of characters while exploring different approaches to single-player, narrative first-person shooters.”
