Apple May Not Announce The New iMac or Any Other Hardware at WWDC 2020

WWDC 2020 is just a couple of hours away and we pretty much know what Apple would be doing this time around. Usually, WWDC is a developer-centric event, usually announcing Apple’s services, software and more. There is rarely any hardware announced during these. Well, we got to know that Apple may just announce the new iMac tomorrow. That seems to be a misfire now. Jon Prosser, someone known for amazing and spot-on leaks had something to say about this in his tweets.
Looking like any possible hardware has been scrapped for WWDC tomorrow 🤔
Might be wrong about this one. Would love to be wrong!
I’ll be surprised with all of you, either way!

He claims that Apple will not announce any form of hardware tomorrow. That does make sense in a way since, again, it is directed at developers. We can even see the entire promotion for the event. He says that while he may be wrong about it, there is a chance that it may not be the case. Although it puts us in quite a puzzle though. Recently we covered the article that goes over the Kuo report. According to that report, Apple has to be announcing the new iMac during this event because they’d have to have it done during the event.
Perhaps this is something no one can be perfectly sure about. We would know for certain tomorrow. Despite the disappointing possibility of not seeing new hardware, we can most certainly look forward to the new iPhone OS, the iPad OS and not to mention, the new ARM-based switch for Apple computers. Apple would be announcing the developer kit for that too. Another piece of hardware, if they plan on doing so, that is expected is the new Apple TV which is due for an upgrade. Perhaps we would see that too.
