Apex Legends was quite the best middle ground when it first launched. This was a time when people could either play PubG or Fortnite. For console gamers, PubG wasn’t even much of an option since the game was glitchy and not really packing a nice experience. With these battle royals, we see special editions being bundled with consoles or welcoming new seasons as Fortnite will do in a couple of weeks.
For EA’s Apex Legends, the company is introducing two new editions to its lineup. As we know, the game is free to download as part of a freemium model architecture. Players may choose to buy coins and really beef up their game with add-ons. In addition to that, EA will be introducing two new editions of the game. These are essentially the same title but with additional, pre loaded features. These two games would be based on the two legends from the game: The Lifeline Edition and The Bloodhound Edition. The two games would be a couple of custom skins according to the edition, themed badges and banners and 1000 Apex Coins.
The games are available today at retailers, according to Apex’s Twitter, going for $19.99.
