The portable computing device is one of the first products to arrive which is powered by AMD’s Ryzen 5000 APUs. These low TDP processors with embedded AMD graphics will be announced at CES 2021. Incidentally, they will be featuring both ZEN 2 and ZEN 3 powered APUs.
AMD Ryzen 7 5700U ‘Lucienne’ APU Powered Acer’s Aspire A515 Notebook Specifications And Features:

Acer Aspire 5 is listed with Ryzen 7 5700U CPU which has a base clock of 1.8 GHz. This is a ZEN 2-based APU but it falls under the ‘Lucienne’ family. This means the processor is not based on ZEN 3 Core Architecture but is essentially a Renoir refresh. This also means the APU carries ZEN 2 Cores. It is important to note that the ZEN 3-based ‘Cezanne’ Series will co-exist with the AMD Ryzen 5000 Series. The AMD Ryzen 7 5700U packs 8 Cores and 16 Threads. The CPU has a Base Clock of 1.8 GHz, and a Boost Clock of 4.3 GHz. Compared to the Ryzen 7 4700U, the Ryzen 7 5700U offers a 200 MHz increase in Boost Clock and double the number of threads, or SMT enabled. The CPU has an integrated or onboard GPU. The AMD Ryzen 7 5700U’s integrated GPU will offer 8 CUs or a total of 512 cores which will be clocked at 1900 MHz. The Ryzen 7 4700U on the other hand packed 7 compute units or 448 SPs that operate at a clock speed of 1600 MHz. Essentially, with the new CPU, buyers get a compute power upgrade, higher frequency, and more GPU cores.
The laptop was originally listed as a preorder with a price of 779 EUR, but the listing has been updated. The price no longer exists and the preorder option has been removed. It is quite likely that Acer will officially launch the Acer Aspire 5 series with AMD Ryzen 5000 Series APUs early next year.
